I can really relate to this song . . . one of my biggest fears is "the stranger" rearing its ugly head before some of my closest friends.

I just woke up from a disturbing dream (in tears because of the people in it) , with this song in my head and in the dream...and as I awoke, the commercial on the radio ended and this song came on.
The others in the room tell me it was not on at all before I woke up...the lyrics completely relate to the dream...
