The MIR Method of Healing
The MIR Method uses your subconscious layers to heal on all levels, from health, to emotions, to energy and looks fairly easy to use. I found this on another board. It is simple and takes about 5 minutes a day for 4 weeks for it to work apparently.
I am going to give this a try; intuitively I am connecting to it. I had been looking at ways to heal and this seems to fit more for me than reiki at this time. (I had been looking to learn reiki locally, but hadn't been finding any teachers.) I'm actually excited about this MIR Method!

Day 1, I did the first one and felt something. This seems to work similarly to autohypnosis and accessing the deeper recesses of the mind. It is very easy to do.

I started doing it today, and I seem to be more at peace than I have been lately.

Yes, and it's very easy. The tutorial is in the link in the OP.

Tried. The thing about connecting with your subconcious through touching yourself lovingly explains a few things and is actually quite useful to know, and it might explain a bit about how reiki works too, it's amazing what a subconcious can do.

Yes self nuturing and loving respect for the physical body through touch is an important part of activating long forgotten memories....many adults are starving for this very thing....

Re: The MIR Method of Healing
I find that long after I have completed the MIR, I seem to be slowly improving in the areas of health I wanted to but wasn't really. So give it a try.
I added one more line at the end as it seemed to help me: "flow with harmony".

After a while it started feeling like a chore to me, so I guess that maybe that means it wasn't really for me.

You may want to question this reaction. Perhaps you did notice it actually worked and decided you aren't ready for it. Doesn't mean you AREN'T ready, this would mean you're afraid of the changes it might bring.
