In chat today, we were discussing the merits of feeding eggs to pets and some of the things to look out for.  I thought it would be good to share information like this and other things in one thread.

Here then is a great article on feeding eggs to cats and dogs.

Sounds like it was a good chat, sorry I missed it.Very Happy  I feed my dogs raw eggs three to four times a week.  It's never hurt them and they enjoy it.  Dogs digestive systems are very acidic were meant to process raw food, not cooked.  Although I don't do a raw diet for the dogs, I do supplement it with things like raw eggs, raw organ meat, bones etc.  Its been so hot the last couple of weeks I actually freeze their bones before I give it to them.
