What did she used to be?

She used to be that, which she no longer is. What she used to be is merely a shadow, nothing like the light she represents now. In fact, it is her who casts the shadow.

A little fox, mother of 8, catches a little rabbit in the middle of winter. Food is scarce. Yet, she lets the rabbit escape. Chances are they will not survive the winter, so why did she?

She wanted the rabbit to leave footprints in the snow so she could follow him back to his rabbit hideout, there she plotted to take the whole family as her feed, little did she realize, that this was a lone rabbit who was homeless. She lost her life in that chase, used up the little energy and life she had left...... the rabbit as a wise and caring rabbit that he was, carried mother fox back to her babies..and there he raised and fed them with mother fox as the food she was seeking to keep them alive with that winter........
