Have any of you experienced over-sensitivity to the hormones in birth control pills? I cannot use them at all because, surprise surprise, they affect me waaaay too much. Any good alternatives?

It depends on what you're using them for; birth control or cycle regulation.

I'm not sure, but I have the impression they make me more sad and vulnerable to depression. I use them for birth control.
