Do what I do;
Incoming;
If I know them I say: What..... or Yea? No one else does this so they know it's me.
If I don't know them: they can leave a message. Odds are I didn't give them my number.
Outgoing;
I make my point/question, then I'm done. I usually say something like, "Quick question or I'm in a hurry" so if I end it they'll think something else.

Love It! I hate to talk on the phone, but I have to admit I like it better than texting.
