New Board

A few former HSP moderators and myself have opened a new board, Our HSP Home. HSPOTS has apparently closed.

I would like to remain a member of this group, as I feel HSP Dimension offers a different flavor than other HSP boards ... a flavor that I also like.

The new board, probably a board that will be a little more subdued than this one, may not interest some of you. But for those who are interested, you are welcome to check it out, and join if you wish. Our HSP Home board has no desire to compete with HSP Dimension ... only to peacefully coexist and offer HSPs multiple places to enjoy.

I hope I am still welcome here, but if anyone is uncomfortable with me here, I'd understand.

Indeed, sometimes one prefers a more subdued flavor, & sometimes one wishes more sparks & spice! That's all we've been trying to say all along!!

Spock, you are always welcome. All this paranoia about how people can't be members of multible boards and welcome there has got to stop.

All of our boards are stronger if we link together and help new members find where they fit best; even if it is at all the hsp boards.

It is unfortunate that the actions of a few has cause people to be so afraid of just enjoying what each board has to offer.

I too will be checking out your new board, and you will always be welcome here.

Ditto what Melodiccolor says. There is no reason why we can't co-exist. And we are the different HSP's here, as you've noticed, so we just don't appeal to everyone.

I am in fact ECSTATIC about members of other forums being here. So is everyone else on this forum. So was everyone on Vivid Life.

The illusion that we or Vivid Life ever resented members coming from other forums was created entirely by Earthmaiden.

It's good to know that her tyranny has come to an end. Great news for all the HSP forums.

Spock, I have now joined all five HSP forums that I know of - with both Aimoo and HSPots now defunct, I want to make sure this never happens to me again. With multiple forums now available, this should not be a problem for me or anyone else in the future! And thank you to you and the other mods for setting up "Home"!

And to the rest of the folks here, wonk? When, exactly, did policy wonk and former U.S. President Bill Clinton join Dimension? I apparently missed that event!

this makes you either a serial forumizer, or 'unfaithful' in the internet sense. be careful you don't get an STD (screwed technical digit). i would buy some of those little rubber finger tippy things at the office supply and use them on all 9 fingers when i was having social intercoures on all those forums-just some friendly advice, u c....

Has anyone else been having trouble logging on to HSP Home? Are they having server problems? Haven't been able to log on for two days, now.

Apparently the server is down ... for all of the boards on that website. So HSP Home is not the only one. Bad timing to say the least.
I've not been able to get anyone there to confirm what the problem is or how long it will be. We are hopeful that it will be back soon.

I am working on a solution, in the event that it isn't.

Can't tell you how it started, but somehow a little wonkiness snuck onto this board. Sometimes, I'm the last to find out about these things, too.

Well, I started using the word Wonky on HSPOTS. It wound up in the chat box here, and now it's all over the place. So I guess it's my fault?

I heard the story of the chatbox wonkiness. I'm sorry I had to miss it, especially as I started the chat. (rl calls sometimes)

But I seem to remember way back when INFP started the wonkiness at hspots too. The word just seems taylor made for this board.

Spock, I hope Our HSP Home is soon up and running and stable, no matter which host you end up with.
