Good internet access

This is just as important as net neutrality. Only 25Mbps and up will qualify as broadband under new FCC definition

Under this new definition, what I have now doesn't even come close and I am in an urban environment. I get about 7Mbp downstream and 1 upstream. If it drops even a little, my net becomes nonfunctional.
For those of you in other countries, what speeds do you have access to, and how stable is your net?

Well they did it in spite of fierce opposition! The industry has a long ways to go to catch up and DSL is no longer defined as broadband access!
