Non-violent Communication
I've recently been reading a book called Non-violent communication by Marshall Rosenburg. I've found it to be the most practical, and useful tool for dissolving high-tense situations, and being able to deal with others complaints.
There's only been two times over the last two days that I've used it because I'm still halfway through the book, but when I have it's opened up horizons of communication.
It's really about conscious communication. And I like to call it peaceful communication because I've met two people who have put it into practice into their life, and they always make me feel so peaceful lol
I'm not entirely sure about the rules with links here, but I'll post them anyway

That's the Center website, I guess it would be called an organisation, of people who follow and practice this form of communication.
And if you're interested and unable to go out and buy the book , it's here, for free!

Re: Non-violent Communication
Thanks for posting this, EL. I've attended some non violence workshops in the past and found them very useful in everyday life. Definitely helps to know ways in which to difuse difficult situations.

Here's an interview with the author of the book, sharing some of the stories and experiences he's been through while spreading the message about NVC
(which was supplied to me by a friend Linda Rysenbry )
