Fascinating... The last part where he says people who said 'I this and I that' and then 'he this and he that' I totally thought would go the other way and be less healthier so feeling I need a little more elaboration on that part... Perhaps he's referring to the ability to step back, take responsibility...
Regardless, I love it when psychologists get into the really neat stuff like this... Like when Emotional Intelligence came out as an idea, it makes it accessible and digestible for a lot of people...
