Readers/consumers better study up on their nuclear principles regarding this claim. For example, Fukishima articles sometimes go into enough depth to clarify the above safety claim.

Clue: Volumetric amounts by itself tells an incomplete story of safety risk.

looks to be a typo. Off the top of my head, valid notations include KHz, GHz, KwH and likely a few other that escape me right now. They mention 'power' so there are limited possibilities to track down.
