Several of our members can't get on Dimension today, including Nucky. I am going to check the host forum....seems to be server trouble. That's why it's been so dead here. I'll update you on what I find.

Dear users,

We are going to replace some Forumotion servers, so we can offer you better performances.
This manipulation is harmless for your forums. Only a few slowdowns can be encountered during the process when browsing your forums.

Best,
Forumotion Team

Apparently something went really wrong; people have been posting about this problem all day long. I just hope there is someone there trying to resolve this and they haven't gone home for the weekend.

Yeah, I see Nucky is back on too. Hopefully they did bring someone in and now the problem is resolved.

I noticed today that the pages are taking a little longer to load up on this board.

Last week my short cut here didn't work anymore. I had to google it ( google ho remember? lol) I don't know if it were a site or a pc issue.

I have too, but Forumotion did say that was to be expected as they made the changeover. It is much preferrable to having most of our members locked out entirely.

I've been noticing this afternoon, that Dimension has gone off and back online every few minutes. The outages seem to last less than a minute. Let me know if any of you are experiencing simular problems. Thanks.

Something funny was happening when I popped in for a second this morning. Could have been me though?

Lula, if it was a connection problem or a slowdown, it was probably related to the installation of the new servers.

What happened?

I'm experiencing simular problems and pages are refusing to load. I have to use the back arrow when I get the msg that my browser is unable to connect and the second try works.

I wish they'd hurry up and get those new servers working!

These 3 quotes came from our host's support forum:

First topic message reminder :

Hello Members,

It has come to my attention that numerous members are having problems
accessing their forums at this time ( Blank Pages) , And the Avatars
are not showing up as well. I apologize for the inconvenience, as there
is a maintenance underway right now to correct the current problem with
the servers.
I ask you kindly to please be patient as the technicians are working on stabilizing and resolving this problem at this time. FPRIVATE "TYPE=PICT;ALT="

Click on the link below and it will take you to your lo gin and then to your CP delete you modified templates and all will be fine, I would suggest you copy and paste the data to a note pad and save it for later, let me know how it goes.

MagiWizard15 wrote:I'm not having blank pages issues and i just started getting some issues didn't have any before! When i try to load my forum it stops loading and going to a blank screen and if I keep refreshing it will come but if I try to load it again I have to keep doing this. I never had this problem before and I dont' know why I'm getting it now does anyone have any ideas why I am getting this problem. Just started my forum so I'm completely clueless on whats going on! Let me know! PM me if you have to! Thanks

I am having the same problem at my forum as well as here. This seems to be spreading as I am getting word of others of my board having the same problem.

Hmmm....things are working a bit better at the moment. *Keeps fingures crossed*
