While it didn't cover anything I hadn't already been aware of, it was a very good overview of living HSP, the common issues we all deal with.

I found the part where the one woman talks about the dynamics with her Asperger's husband really interesting and I noticed that it's not just Aspies that can be blunt like that. They've probably learned much about each other and about relating to others in general over the years.

Great find.
