Only a limited number of threads are visible, but it's good for a blast from the past.

Boy, that really takes me back. It's a shame we can't read the posts. But man, all those familiar names. I remember when I joined the board back in 2003. Wow, 5 years. Where does the time go?

Very cool Nucky. That brings back memories.
Sure wish the old Aimoo admins had come through on their promise of making the old threads available. It's sad all that's gone.

I joined 2005. I'm not sure exactly when, but man, that is freaky. I wonder where everyone went?

Last night Safari said that she found a way to view the threads in detail. I couldn't get it to work though, even when sober lol.

Re: The ghost of AIMOO
I caused quite a stir with this topic shortly after my arrival at AIMOO. I thought about starting it again here, but I felt that at this forum it would be preaching to the choir for the most part. And it made a lot of people very uncomfortable, so I don't think it's right for OHH, either.
How can we really know the truth about Christianity?
I consider myself to be an agnostic, I find organized religion to be very confusing and conflicting. Ask 20 different clergy on what it's like to be a Christian and you'll get 20 different answers. Even the Bible was written by people who had widely varying ideas on what it's like to be a Christian. I do think that there is some kind of higher power, but I don't think we'll ever have a way of knowing what the nature of that higher power is with any certainty.

Wow... you call that stirring? It seems pretty resonable, and true.
