The Ruins of Detroit

A fascinating collection of pictures of urban decay. I'm blown away by how brave the photographers were in getting these pictures, they ran inside all sorts of abandoned buildings without knowing what was in there.

Wow. Isn't that something. Won't be long before it's like that around here. On the 5 minute drive out of my neighborhood I could count no less than 16 empty houses with little white pieces of paper pasted to the front window. I'd guess that at least 50% of business places are empty too. Maybe that's the same everywhere right now?
