Alethia sent this to me the other day...I got goosebumps (and maybe a moist eye or two) listening to it- it's a pretty amazing song that could be my own words.

Its a nice introduction to someone else's taste all the same...it fitted nicely to my space...I just took some photos of the sunset..and came into this breezy music and colour to match my mood and moment...thanks for sharing..oh by the way I had it turned up quite loud and my teenage son made no comment to turn it down..now it must have something that is music to his ears...

I'm a huge fan of early 90's alternative (and grunge) music...but the great part is that the lyrics are usually thought provoking and meaningful, and the music is original. These musicians were "alternative" because they weren't trying to make "popular" music at the time...their music just happened to strike a chord with the public. Watch for the cameo in this one.

Today I'm reminiscing about the summer of '88 for some reason.

Several months ago I had a dream about this song. I was with Melodiccolor in a white room. We were watching TV, and the song started playing. Mel and I sang along. It was a very pleasant dream.

yeah, these guys are good, and they have a real hardcore group of fans! There are so many great unknown bands out there...
