Oh Nucky, how exquisite! I have art like that all over my house! And she is concerned about reef conservation. A beautiful person inside and out.

I've noticed that yahoo bots have been here almost constantly. Google bots show up maybe once a week or less. But we're starting to link.
4:54pm my time; just noticed an msn bot here; I think this is only the 2nd time I've seen one since we started.

Here are some links to the mbti; most of us who are hsp also know what our personality type is. If you don't, you can find out from here:

Re: Links
Yahoo has a large number of HSP groups. These aren't forums like this place, but are more like old fashioned listserve lists with a web site interface. This makes following conversations a bit trickier, but has the convenience of delivering all communications from the group to you via email (if you choose to allow it that is.) To join one, you have to sign up for a free Yahoo account, but you can use any email address you want to.
What follows were provided by DenmarkGuy, and there may be typos since I transcribed it.
Some of the more prominent HSP Yahoo Groups
HSP Book - currently the largest and oldest web group for HSPs
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/hspbook/
HSP Work - and HSP group dedicated to the discussion of HSPs and work issues:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/hspwork/
HS Child - an HSP group for HS parents, and parents of HS children:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSCBOOK/
There are a number of other Yahoo HSP groups as well that focus on particular subjects.
There are also a number of regional HSP groups on Yahoo
Boston & New England states:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_Boston_NewEngland/
Denver & Colorado:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_Denver_Colorado/
Great Lakes states, including (but not limited to) Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio & Wisconsin:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_GreatLakes_USA/
Los Angeles & Southern California:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_LosAngeles_SoCal/
New York:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_NewYork/
Northeast, including (but not limited to) DE, MD, NJ, PA, and the Washington DC area:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_Northeast_USA/
Northern California, including the San Francisco Bay area:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_NorthernCalifornia/
Southeastern USA, including (but not limited to) AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, VA, and WV:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_Southeast_USA/
Southwestern USA, including (but not limited to) Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_Southwest_USA/
Texas:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/HSP_Texas/
This last one isn't a Yahoo group. It's more of a social networking experiment, complete with user profiles, a private forum, blog space, etc.
Pacific Northwest: Oregon, Washington, British Columbia

Oh, I just saw this for the first time. Yeah, this was my old stomping grounds for about five years. This is "that other site I used to visit" that I keep mentioning. It just got to be too toxic for me, plus I could tell that people there were getting sick of me, and the feeling was mutual.
I put a link to this forum there against my better judgment, the link is gone now, thank God. There's at most 2 or 3 people from that site I'd want here.

Re: Links
Dimension now has a Page on Facebook (in addition to the existing Group there). If some of our members who are on Facebook can go there, become a fan of the Page, and make some positive comments, that could help to promote and attract some new members to Dimension:

Thanks!
I'm working on some other venues to get connected to also.

Tribe magazine
TRIBE MAGAZINE
Tribe is a magazine, website, and forum, written/produced by and for HSPs to showcase our personal and collective creative projects. It's an idea that came out of the 2008 New York gathering. Contributions to the premiere issue of the magazine are being sought, due out early 2010. Meanwhile there is an active website and forum to explore. I'm impressed with the increasing number of venues that are emerging for HSP expression via books, websites, and other media.

Re: Links
I just noticed this link to Tribe. Thank you so much for posting this info for me. The first issue is being given away free online and will be ready within the next two weeks. It's a 48 page sample edition. It's got some great articles in there, and we show case a couple of arts and crafts people too. In order to receive it, people need to register their email on the main website. The first print edition will be early next year.
I will really welcome feedback , good and bad!

Wow! I'm delighted. After reading a lot of your posts here, I think you're just what we need.
Re: Links
Okay, about a week ago I did register at Tribe. I know that the info was received because I got an email saying they had it. The email also said that another email would be forthcoming giving me access to the site. I still have not received full access to the site. So either they are very slow or they don't want me to participate. Whatever. But I did want someone to be aware of this.

Hey Simplynan, I'm delighted you joined Tribe, and I did activate your account straight away. We've got a problem with the second email going out. Some people receive it and others don't. We're trying to figure it out. You'll find if you log in - you're set to go. We look forward to hearing your voice there.

Re: Links
You're welcome. Bluedream and Nucky have made their presence felt. So you'll feel at home. I've been a bit busy this week so I haven't been there too much.
Re: Links
This is just a reminder to say if you want to receive the first issue of Tribe out on Friday, please register on main website. www.tribe.paramimedia.com You get a free download of a track from DNAture as well.
I hope it's OK to post this here?

Re: Links
I guess so, but you may want to do so in your own thread instead. I've got a question, registering for the forum is the same as registering for the website? I've gone and looked a few times and registered for the board, but I'm still not sure.

I wasn't sure because I'd included a link.
No it's different to registering on the forum. The website has a section on the left side saying subscribe here for newsletter and info. It's in a blue box.
