No it isn't. I know how red wine is made; how is lead getting introduced into it? If it were from the soil, them most produce grown would have some and it would increase as the product was concentrated. Thus most vinigars, wines, juices and the like would face the same problem.

It may yet turn out that is the case; a product of lead in the soils from years of gas emissions from leaded gas.
