How I approach learning and changing habits is a bit different, but essentially the process described is fairly accurate for most people. As an exteacher and learning specialist, I have observed this process in almost everyone. My own approach to change has these differences; a life long love of learning; no fear of failure; always recognizing mistakes are part of life and perfectionism is a myth, and introducing gradual changes to life long routines where possible so the process is fairly painless. There is great insight into what was shared in this article.
