June: Horses & HSPs Retreat with Dr. Elaine Aron & Alane Freund, LMFT in Peaceful Marin County (SF Bay Area)

Dear FunHSPs friends,
We would like to invite you to the upcoming Heart and Mind Equine weekend retreat June 11-12 in beautiful Marin County, an hour northwest of San Francisco. The event is co-faciliated by HSP field pioneer Dr. Elaine Aron, author of The Highly Sensitive Person and many other titles. She is hosted by frequent her collaborators Alane Freund, LMFT, who is EAGALA certified in Equine Assisted Growth and Learning and working on her #Veterans Services certification, and Monica Zimmerman, an EAGALA Certified Equine Specialist. Their company Heart and Mind Equine, offers field-leading hands-on workshops and individualized equine-assisted programs for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs). During the weekend retreat, an intimate group of HSPs will join four to seven horses who are specially trained for HSP specific work in an environment designed by and for HSPs. If you are experiencing challenges in a world geared towards the 80% of the population that is not sensitive, if you would like to strengthen and develop your high sensitivity assets, or if you would like to learn more about HSP research and best practices from experts in the field, we hope you will choose to join us for this event or a future workshop or individualized program.
