Mistaken Identities: On Being a Highly Sensitive Person, an Empath and a “Sensitive”…or not (link) is yet another article by Denmarkguy. This one I will find helpful as many sensitives have claimed that because I am HSP I am also somehow automatically a Sensitive and I must be blocking it. I am not; however I am also a true Empath. In the article, he goes over what each one is and how we are all different. People can be any of the three, any 2 of the 3 or all three but it is a very individual thing.
