Hi people,

I know, it's been a looooooooooooong time! Anyways, still on the planet and doing well. Just wanted to let other hsp-ers know that there is a wonderful book "Making work work for the HSP", by Barrie Jaeger.
Have to say, this book has been very helpful for me, in particular regarding 'hsp's in workplaces'.
Just throwing this out there, some people might not know about this great book. Smile

Welcome back Trien. I'm glad you found a good book to help; perhaps others will find it similarly useful.

(Hope you don't mind, I moved the thread.)

I am sorry. I did not know where exactly to put it. I just was so excited about this book and it helped me tremendously in how to feel comfortable at my work and how to set my boundaries.
I embrace more and more the good qualities as an hsp , and also at work we can be very useful and valuable.
Oh, that Elaine has helped me sooo much! Her books have given me such insight and made me accept the way I am.
Ok, I stop right now.
(good to read all those threads again, it makes me smile) Smile

Tx Mel!!! Very Happy

Finding a book that excites you is always worth sharing. Don't worry if you put something in the wrong place; it's fairly easy to move if that should happen. I am glad you're enjoying the threads,
