Yes it is great. I'd seen this before, but not in so much detail. How wonderfully organic and whimsical.

there is a question in the comments.... where is the bathroom? good question, got to have a bathroom.
I LOVE the small size. My house is pretty small. I use to kind of grouse about it, but now I really love it. I only had one baby so it worked out well. I've got one bedroom as an office (right now its the bird's room, lol). I actually have equity! And it will be paid off soon. I'll have an old fashioned mortgage burning party. And I told my daughter she will always have it until she doesn't want it anymore.
But, I've always wanted a little cottage up in the mountains for the summertime. This would be perfect!!!

The bathroom is a compost toilet . . . which, as we have learned the hard way here with our dog's waste, is not an option in climates where the temperature regularly drops below freezing. That's the only problem I have with it. Could easily be fixed by using an RV-like toilet instead though.

Okay, I googled that. I think I would prefer something like that outside somewhere. I still would like a bathroom, with a big claw footed bathtub. Guess you'd have to boil water for a hot bath, or use a solar water heater.
