I heard a part of this song on the radio just as I was arriving to my destination; just the first few lines and they cracked me up--the first time I'd heard this song. I just had to find it and I found when I listened to the whole thing, this song is about empowerment and a great one for HSP.

The music mostly, I needed a decent beat when I was cleaning earlier and it came up after I was done listening to the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack. I also sign part of it to practice my American sign language cause I was taking that class when I first heard the song.

You want to find one to get that anger out, one that speaks to it and allows you to listen and let it flow like I suggested down in your other thread.

Music opens the channels safely.

And you can dance in your feelings to your hearts content.

My brother in law is a deaf teacher, always love seeing how he flows in that way with sign language.

((I should probably mention due to my bytes being limited I don't watch the full videos, I check to be sure it has audio, it's the right song then grab the url and close it. I have the songs on CD or computer I'm looking for usually...))
