Sungazing Empty Sungazing

Post by Alethia Mon Nov 15, 2010 8:03 pm

I started doing this through a space of depression I was going through a while back and found it very beneficial....it energises.......actually this is a reminder for me to get back to it even now the depression has gone...I usually do it on sunrise which I find.... "feels" the right time of day.......although I tune into the sun during the day and more often than not short stints work then too........

I don't do it, but I've read a bit about it at My Big TOE forum.

Interesting to read others perspectives RBM........and I liked the reminders in there on eating a more whole raw food diet........important as well.....When I sun gaze I actually find just as many benefits with my eyes closed.....there is something about the sun on ones eyes that "feels" very energising...........

About eating:

There's also a thread on high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) - or, it started on that - and covered 'eating for consciousness' tips regarding different foods.
