So great. Love the reframing statement regarding asking for help as doing a service in itself.

Reminds me of an ENTJ I know who is constantly criticizing her blind neighbor for having multiple caretakers. Who knows if they are the ones getting their caregiver need for significance met? Who knows if they enjoy the company?

If we avoid taking on these other views of reality, we can offer these alternative perspectives with enthusiasm rather than being silenced into passivity. The key lies in declaring our watery marshmellowness.  alien
