My reply to the article on Facebook:

How I approach learning and changing habits is a bit different, but essentially the process described is fairly accurate for most people. As an exteacher and learning specialist, I have observed this process in almost everyone. My own approach to change has these differences; a life long love of learning; no fear of failure; always recognizing mistakes are part of life and perfectionism is a myth, and introducing gradual changes to life long routines where possible so the process is fairly painless. There is great insight into what was shared in this article.

Life is complex.  Parts of it are real and parts of it are imaginary.  (read in a novel by Gregory Benford.) The stages of true change 479147

Absurdity is one of the great joys of life.

All you need for a rich life is to see more.
