Meditation techiniques
I'm just started mediating regularly (long over due) and wondered if anyone on here recommends a good way into it or has any tips. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right to be honest. I breath deeply, try to relax, sit straight but I'm not sure 'refreshed' or 'relaxed' is the word I'd describe as being when I finish. Maybe I'm not doing it long enough or correctly. I imagined a more deep feeling of relaxation after a 10 minute session.
Any advice would be great!

These past threads, found in search: http://funhsps.niceboard.org/search?search_keywords=meditation
should have lots of advice. Also search grounding techniques and breathing techniques. I hope you find it helpful.
