Exhaustion, Blame and Forgiveness
A good article arrived in my Rodale Wellness Newsletter today:
Why Am I So Tired? How Blame is Exhausting You

Re: Exhaustion, Blame and Forgiveness
Hmmmm, I'm going to have to sleep on this(literally- my dream world brings me information) as I'm in a progressive digging up of my ego, want desires and fears, per Tom Campbell's work.
This last few days I have been waking up with a new level of full body tiredness, that nothing in my waking state life, the day before, could be responsible for, that I've yet found anyways.

Re: Exhaustion, Blame and Forgiveness
The article notes just one major cause of exhaustion, one that many have a hard time accepting.
Another is physiological. As we age, it becomes harder to get the restorative sleep we need, that deep sleep between REM stages; which is where we too produce the melantonine needed to regulate so much of the body. Health issues of course also interfere and use energy. But the cause listed above can make it all far worse than it needs to be.

Re: Exhaustion, Blame and Forgiveness
I'm pretty sure it's more than just Blame, judging things all the time may be the overall issue there.
Very tiresome to do all this judging and ranking and fairness equalizing and categorizing and processing.
Plus you probably get tired from going into a comfort zone too long. It becomes like a padded room after a while, which is also limiting and dis-empowering.
Sadly sometimes those zones are pretty abstract, so it can be hard to realize you're in one.
