Patricks day!
I want to wish all $a happy st. patricks day! Or Paddys day!! (Never Pattys!!!) from Ireland.
A day early as I don't know if ill get on tomorrow!
I was just wondering does anybody do anything to celebrate it over there!!
Over here its probably just a lot of drinking, me excluded... really not into it lately.
Ill make an irish dish of some sort! And hope to see a parade with my mini me!!

Re: Patricks day!
Thanks EA....I hope you have some fun on St Pats day.
My sister in law one year (she is irish) organised a day at the races for my all of my family, that was fun..with all the irish fun around us. We had a ball.
Not sure what I am doing tomorrow...but will be thinking of you.

Happy St Patrick's Day. It is celebrated here by the many Irish who live in America.

Happy St. Paddy's day to you too EA!
It is fairly widely celebrated here as well. Many folks here have the traditional corned beef and cabbage. Lots of people in the US get bent on that day too, myself included!

Locally, an irish pub has a street party. We have lots of parades in different cities. Last year I went to a Celtic Music Festival up in St. Augustine. Personally, I'm going to my tattoo artist to talk about a new tattoo on my arm. It will be "book of kells" inspired. And talk to my family on the phone.

Yes EA! I certainly do. I am hoping to make a journey to Ireland in the near future. Kind of a pilgrimage, because my grandma so wanted to go (both her parents were from Ireland, one from Armagh and one from Letterfrack) I promised her I would go and look for the old homesteads. I still have cousins there whom I'm sure I will visit!
Now I'm pretty curious.... will I be in big trouble if I say I'm going to get bent when I get there? LOL.
