He's totally some INFJ artist guy (least I think so LOL)
Ironically he teachers the color and light class lol.
I can't wait to take it later this year.
For people who don't like videos:
He says talent is an inverted parasite that leads to crushing revelations later on in life for talented kids in regards to stuff like painting, art, or pretty much anything in professional life.
So most the professionals we call "talented" have actually worked at it for ages from the ground up, the hard way when aptitude alone runs out and stigma/ego prevent many people from seeing through their journey.
Plus he paints a picture.

Interesting, color and light class sounds fun!
I agree with what he's saying, another good book on this is "Talented is Overrated" - it mentions the same thing - deliberate practice as the way to get more skilled at any craft.
I'm learning now that I've never really desired "talent" or recognition much, instead creativity is more of my emotional outlet/therapy/means of connecting with myself. But for professionals this is useful advice.
