New closed group forum created 3/10/09 for copyrighted works

Because of changed copyright laws, the members of this board decided to move copyrighted works into a closed group. Anyone wishing to join must meet the two criterea:
-have posted a minimun of 10 posts and:
-agree to the following:
By joining this group, you agree to respect all copyright rules, to not copy any materials in this forum for any reason without the creator's permission. This includes sharing said materials with friends by way of emailing, boards, blogs, networks, etc. Doing so jepardises the creator's rights to their own work.
When new members meet the 10 post requirement, they will be invited to join, to enjoy the wonderful creativity our members have so graciously agreed to share with this board. All you have to do is agree to the terms listed above.

For some reason I am not seeing this board open up for me yet. Is there somewhere to agree to the copyright/sharing rule?
